"Packed good, maybe too much tape"
The packaging was really solid, honestly. Extra padding was on the corners, and the print showed up clean with no bends or anything. Took me a minute, maybe more, to get all the tape off, but I guess better that than it arriving damaged...

"Helpful support from my experience"
I’ve been using Saatchi Art as an artist for a while now, and overall my experience has been really positive. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed help with something, the support team has been useful and actually helped me get things sorted. A couple of replies took a little longer than I hoped, but they did follow through, which I appreciated. It’s not perfect, but from my experience, it’s been a solid platform with good support for artists.

I don’t know what’s going on with the search filters, but they’re basically useless. I set them, and then they reset or show a bunch of random stuff anyway. It gets old really fast when I’m just trying to find what I need

"I ordered a painting from Saatchi Art..."
I ordered a painting from Saatchi Art, it was disappointing once it arrived. The colors looked way flatter than they did online, and the texture felt messy in a way that just didn’t look intentional or polished.
For the price, I was expecting something much nicer. In person, it felt more like a rushed student project than a piece from a serious art site. Sure I won’t be buying from there again.

"Trying to return my order has been..."
Trying to return my order has been way more frustrating than it should be. I’ve had slow replies, unclear instructions, and I keep getting passed from one person to another with no real ownership of the issue. It’s been days and it’s still not sorted. At this point, I just want them to take accountability and actually resolve the return properly. I won’t be buying from here again

I feel kind of stupid for trusting the description. The artwork I received didn’t look like what was shown at all — the colors were way off, and the size wasn’t what I expected from the listing. Disappointing.

"Easy tracking and everything arrived safely"
I ordered a print from Saatchi Art my instinct was to trust the process since the tracking updates were clear from the start. I got emails when it shipped and could follow where it was along the way. It ended up arriving a day later than the original estimate, but that wasn’t a big deal for me. The package showed up in good shape and the artwork was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Bad first impression, even though I got my refund"
This left a bad first impression. I did end up getting my refund, but it took longer than expected and the waiting around was frustrating. Not the best experience right out of the gate.

"Damaged print, and I got the hint quickly"
My print showed up damaged, and trying to get help from Saatchi Art was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I sent photos right away, but the replies were slow and mostly felt like copy-paste answers. Reading between the lines, it didn’t really seem like anyone was in much of a rush to make it right. For what I paid, I expected a lot more care and better support. Disappointing, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Good value for original art"
I didn’t expect Saatchi Art to have so many original pieces at prices that felt reasonable. Original art that doesn’t completely blow your budget? Who wouldn’t be happy about that? Shipping did add a little to the total, but considering what I got, it still felt fair. I’m really happy with the value overall and would definitely shop there again...

"Frustratingly slow support"
I really wanted to be patient at first, but waiting days for a reply got frustrating. When they finally did get back to me, I was relieved for a second, but the response wasn’t all that helpful, so I ended up feeling disappointed again.

"Decent checkout, just slower than I expected"
Buying the art itself was easy enough, which is pretty much what I was expecting. The checkout, though, felt a bit slower than it should have been, and I had to type my address in again once. My payment went through fine in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.

"Browsing felt way more frustrating than it should"
I tried using saatchiart.com to browse for art, and it got annoying fast. The pages felt cluttered, the filters didn’t really narrow things down in a helpful way, and I kept losing my place while clicking around. I reached out and the support reply was basically along the lines of “try using the filters or search options,” which didn’t really solve the problem for me. Looking at art online should feel easy and enjoyable, but this felt more like a chore, so I gave up after a while.

"Arrived sooner than expected, but the waiting was annoying"
My print actually showed up faster than I thought it would, and it was packed just fine. The tracking updated regularly, but I still found myself getting frustrated waiting around because the delivery window wasn’t very clear. I just wish they gave a better idea of when it would arrive
